סָלַק 1) to go up, go away.( 2) to pile up. Tam.II, 1 סוֹלְקִין Talm. ed., v. סָנַק. Pi. סִילֵּק 1) to remove; to cause cessation, suspend. Sabb.X, 4 גורפין … ומְסַלְּקִין לצדדין you may rake … and remove to the corners. Nidd.IV, 7, a. e. מְסַלֶּקֶת suspends, v. חֲרָדָה. Ex. R. s. 3 סִלַּקְתָּ אותו thou hast discarded him (omitted to mention him in connection with the Lord); a. fr.Part. pass. מְסוּלָּק; f. מְסוּלֶּקֶת; pl. מְסוּלָּקִים, מְסוּלָּקִין; מְסוּלָּקוֹת.
